Kale Summers known as “Sora” online – was born sixteen years ago to a Hawaiian tourist boat driver father and a half Japanese half American marine biologist mother. His parents fell in love after meeting by chance on one of his tours and began dating for three years before finally getting married. Kale was born nine months later gaining a mix of both of his parents personality traits. The bright-eyed young boy was full of energy having his mother's stamina and enthusiasm alongside his father's stubborn and devil-may-care attitude.

This caused all sorts of problems when he started school as his rambunctiousness couldn't be contained. At the age of five his doctor diagnosed him with ADHD as well as anxiety and depression. To help him with his issues he was introduced to videogames at the behest of his psychologist to help him with focusing and attention.

The downside of this was that Kale inevitably got hooked to videogames particularly vrmmorpgs. He spent most of his time online and only went out of the house to hang out with the few friends he had in real life. When a new vrmmorpg was announced that would combine both Disney and Final Fantasy games – (which just so happened to be Kale's favorite series in the world.)

He jumped at the chance to join up for the Beta. After his a long wait in line and purchasing the game - Kale dived into the Kingdom Hearts Online Beta, and started on creating his character - who he named “Sora”. Kale entered the game feeling elated that he could act how he always dreamed to be – a bold, courageous, fearless, and most of all - sociable and friendly guy. Unlike the more shy and withdrawn him in the real world.
